
Creativity Shell Opens Thursday & Friday Homeschool Sewing/Textile Arts and other Trades Classes at Museum District Studio!
Due to overwhelming response for homeschool sewing/textile arts and other trades classes at the Creativity Shell’s Museum District Studio, the Creativity Shell is opening two new classes for students on the wait list for the previous Monday and Tuesday Classes.
The Creativity Shell is a nonprofit organization on a mission to use creative trades to educate and inspire the next generation of makers. Our organization teaches sewing/textile arts and other trades classes to students in our private studios, libraries, schools and shelters that rescue children from homelessness, trauma and human trafficking. Our classes are designed to educate and inspire children by teaching them essential life and practical skills.
Thursday classes will be geared towards students in grades 1-3 and Friday classes are for students in grade 4 and up!
Students registered in both classes will have the opportunity to learn:
* Sewing/textile arts
* Screen printing
*Knitting
* Wood working
* Cooking
* Industrial Design
* Fabric dyeing
* Quilting
* Soap making/bath bomb making
* Embroidery Arts
* Cosplay/Costuming & More!
