Creativity Shell Launches Friday Sewing/Textile Arts Program at Hidden Hollow Elementary School!

The Creativity Shell’s Mobile Studio “Jerry the Bus” will be teaching a 15-week sewing/textile arts classes on Friday’s at Hidden Hollow Elementary School in Kingwood!

There will be two classes available from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM and from 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM. The classes will be a mix of a beginner and intermediate sewing.  These classes will be great for children who are learning how to sew and/or are still working on some of the fundamental skills in sewing such as patience, problem solving, decision making and strengthening fine motor skills.  Students enrolled in this class that already have some sewing experience, will be have additional elements such as zippers added to their projects to increase the levels of difficulty.

Classes begin Friday, August 30, 2019 and end Friday, December 13, 2019. This cost of the classes is $225/15-week Semester (all materials and supplies are included).   Registration for the Creativity Shell’s after-school classes at Hidden Hollow Elementary School can be done online at:

Classes are open to all children in the neighborhood, even if they do not attend Hidden Hollow Elementary.
